Steele Auto Group is hiring an Automotive Billing Clerk to join the team at Hyundai Kyle. The Automotive Billing Clerk would be on an accounting team that works with two dealerships. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Tearing down and processing billing of car deals, both wholesale and retail
• Processing dealer trades
• Lien payoffs and trade-ins
• Processing floor plan payoffs and flooring of trade units
• Other general duties as assisgned

Qualifications/Skills:

• Dealership experience with emphasis on used car titles preferred
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to be organized, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
• Work well independently and in a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
